For the Bakersfield Business Conference, the company has handled the creation and dissemination of press kits, the designation of media credentials, the scheduling of media interviews and broadcasts and details pertaining to press tent set-up and operation. This includes supporting the construction and installation of a facility to accommodate 500 members of the press and managing security issues. Staff has also served as on-site escorts for production crews and other media constituents.
